This 1 bed apartment is perfect for your escape to Port Orange. Located only 2.5 miles to the beach this poolside apartment has everything needed to enjoy a beachy retreat as if it were your own home! The bedroom features a delightful king bed, beautiful bathroom with waterfall shower head, 50 in Roku tv. Attached you have a full kitchen with stove top, mini oven, and everything needed to cook a meal. This unit also has laundry making this a full apartment. Bonus is a large front porch just steps from the pool. Also included are amenities like WiFi, AC, and plenty of parking. Guests can relax and unwind by taking a walk through the beautiful neighborhood- you’ll find SugarMill botanical gardens- a peaceful garden with trails and beautiful history of this land and the sugarmill ruins. We think our place will help you experience everything Port Orange has to offer being 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to shopping and plenty of Resturaunts, only 15 minutes to both Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach it’s a perfect spot to explore!

Quiet, clean, beautiful. Loved the layout, rainfall shower, bed is so comfortable. Perfect for a couple days or extended stay. Will be staying here again!

Katelynn's apartment was very tidy and spacious. The pool was phenomenal and the bed very comfy! We only stayed for one night, because it was part of a longer trip, therefore the washing machine was very useful for us. We definetly would recommend staying in this apartment! :)
