The Sunrise House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Sunrise house located in a calm and familiar area. Close to multiple shops, malls and many restaurants, some with Ocean view where you can experience the beautiful Florida sunsets. Close to sunrise, you can find parks, cruises, yats, and much more. The Sunrise House is 40 minutes away from Tampa's Airport and a hour away from St. Petersburg' s Airport. The house has two master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining table. Everything has been remodeled. Every space in the house contains beautiful details that will make you feel conformable and relaxed. The backyard is big and has a small porch and an above ground pool where you can enjoy and have a great time with your family. We will be happy to be your host, and we will be attentive to help you with whatever you need.

We enjoyed staying there. The house was clean. Nice set-up in the back yard. The neighborhood was quiet.The communication with owner was prompt.

Poorly managed

I arrived after 3 pm as requested. I always check for cleanliness and security of the property. The sliding glass doors to the patio were left unlatched. The kitchen window latch was completely broken. The floors were not very clean either.The owner did nothing to correct the security issues.

Home away from home!

Place was very clean, spacious, and very relaxing. It felt like home to me and my family. The pool was great to enjoy the sun and relax in. Has your basic cookware. Enough to cook a meal. There is no baking dishes or toaster. But over all it’s still a great place. Oscar is very punctual when you need something or have any questions. He’s very nice! It’s not far from Clearwater or the sponge docks! Close to other beaches as well.

Great location

Booked this house for 2 weeks from Feb 25 to March 11, 2023. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and each have a bathroom. My husband and I had a room and my daughter, her husband and 1 yr old slept in the other room. Although one room had 2 beds and the other a futon, my son wanted his own space so we moved the futon and topped it with an extra foam mattress that was in the closet into the living room which is very spacious. The house is located in a great neighborhood with stores nearby. The Blue Jays training camp in Dunedin and Honeymoon Island State Park and Beach is about 40 minutes away. Clearwater beach is 1 hour away. The above ground pool and fire pit is also a nice asset. Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen was missing a toaster and had minimal dishes so we purchased a toaster and dishes at the nearby Dollar Tree and Walmart. Although the owner (Oscar) offered to pay, we bought it and left it there for other renters. Also, since our family only joined us the second week, we had them bring other items like bbq tools, utensils, oven and large frying pan, strainer etc. Overall, this house was perfect for us, even though we did not like having carpets in the bedrooms, we highly recommend this place.
