This nice cozy studio has a kitchen that is fully furnished, with a fridge, a microwave, an electric burner, silverware, cooking/dining ware, and cleaning supplies. In the bathroom there are clean towels, extra toilet paper, a hairdryer, miscellaneous bathroom products, and a first aid kit. The closet has extra pillows,blankets, sheets, robes, laundry basket, an iron, ironing board, and an umbrella. A TV is also provided and streams all kinds of different apps!

Clean and Cozy
Check in was easy and owner was responsive and quick to return our texts , even allowed us to enter earlier than original scheduled which was wonderful and had a special welcome treat waiting for us which was a nice surprise. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but everything that we needed was there when we did . Bed was very soft and the set up was exactly as shown in the ad . Outside space that was for the room was not private as it was in the walkway for the tenants upstairs so we did not use it. Tenants in the front were very quiet but we did hear the ones upstairs walking around at night but it never lasted very long . Overall a clean and cozy little studio with walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and bars and for the price a good deal - I would recommend it

Indy Race Weekend!
My boyfriend and I were planning on making a trip to St. Petersburg for the Indy race, but we’re trying to make it as affordable as we possibly could. I stumbled upon this listing and immediately fell in love with it. It was about an hour away from where we needed to go, but the commute felt like nothing. The communication of the host was absolutely wonderful as well as the quality of the room itself, it’s so nice! You’re very tucked back and it’s a very private setting for you and your guest and I’d like to say that this is a hidden gem. 10 out of 10 we’ve already planned on booking this again next year or whenever we decide to come back out to the area.

Loved our stay
Quiet, private, convenient, clean and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Stayed here because of location to business meetings. We also had a few days for beaches and points of interest, which are not too far away. Good restaurants and shopping are close by.
