Our home sleeps 6 comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home. .

Outdoor shower with cold/hot water available. Large driveway available.
Covered large deck for family dinners and games.
House is located near the Mexico Beach/Bay County and Gulf County border line. Beach access is directly across the street as you walk from the house. No need to search for it.
Great location for fishing. (please don't clean fish inside the house)
We are approximately 40 minutes away from Panama City Beach - convenient to spending the day shopping.

Must be 25 years or older to book this property.

We have security cameras on the outside of the home. One overlooking the Driveway, and one overlooking the rear of the house.

Great Place-Great Stay

We had a great time at this house! It was super clean and welcoming. The decor was nice, the bedrooms were a good size and they were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy and Mexico Beach is lovely. Easy beach access just as described. We were there 4th of July week and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the appliances looked brand new. This is a great location; in between Panama City, Port Saint Joe,Apalachicola and St.George Island. Plenty of places to eat, shop and beach. Thank you Hector-you are a great host.

Beach getaway

Our stay at this proprty was quite comfortable. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme and vey clean. Only 2 of us were on this trip but there was room for 4 more people. Hector was quick to answer any questions. There was plenty of room in the yard to park our boat. It is only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive down to Port St Joe. It isn't overcrowded like some places are. I felt there was beach access available to all.

Simply the Best

Super Clean Property - close to everything!

Our family loved staying here! First of all cleanliness was superb! The location was close to beach entry. You could walk or park at the beach. The house is borderline St. Joe and Mexico Beach. 15 minutes from Port St Joe with great restaurants. 30 minutes from Cape San Blas with beautiful beaches. Love how quiet the beaches were. Not fighting for a spot on the beach. Many beach entries to choose from! Great quality family time to be had at this home.

Great long weekend

We had an amazing time. If your are looking for a place to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with your family this is the place to go. The short walk to the uncrowded beach was not an issue and the back porch is a great place for nightly family game night. Everything was on point. Thank you for a great stay.
