Nice property quiet area. Pool could have used more shade but it take trees a while to grow I get it. Any inquiries were answered promptly I really enjoyed the interaction via text. Could had something in the house to show the easiest beach access. And this is not a reflection on the property just something to be aware of but the closest beach access the steps down the dune were gone. It probably has been fixed as this is 8 months later

Me and my husband had an amazing time at Treehouse. This was our last vacation together before baby is here and we had a blast and peaceful time together (even with the cold and rain). We will be back to stay at treehouse in the future! (Perfect walking distance to the beach as well and very private and quiet)

Fantastic!

Almost everything about this place was absolutely perfect - the management company (360 Blue), the location, the beds were super comfortable, the wrap-around porch was amazing. The only thing I would improve would be the furniture in the living room - it is super cute and well appointed, but not comfortable. Even with that, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cute home w/great porch, needs deep cleaning

This home is well decorated (though sofas are unfortunately not comfortable in their retro nature, but cute) with an awesome wrap around porch, fenced in for children's safety which was well used by us since we had a very rainy week. Our issue was with the cleanliness of this home. Typical everyday cleaning was done, linens & towels clean, but kitchen cabinets were sticky and obviously dirty, as well as some pots & pans and utensils, which mskes you not want to use anything without first washing it yourself. The railing on the stairs was also obviously dirty, this I cleaned as well as all of the spindles since we had a little one that held onto these going up and down. The stairs still need to be mopped. Somebody really needs to spend some time on the intake vent in the upstairs closet door, that really needs some attention! So if someone would just go in this home and just give it a little TLC instead a quick brush over, it would go a long way in people's comfort level, and this home is supposedly rated high for its level of cleanliness which is one of the reasons we chose it. It really is a very nice home.

Great time!

We had a great time at the Treehouse. The house is in a great location with lots of views from each room and the porch. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable (even if a few of the furnishings were a little dated). If we had any feedback, it would be a request to stock more blankets, towels, trash bags. Otherwise, it was a great time and we'll be back!

So close to the beach!

This was a lovely property that was so close to the beach (300’)! The kitchen was well supplied. The bed in the master was super comfy! The porch is awesome, it wraps all the way around the house, and the swing was really sweet. There are stairs, though, and all bedrooms are up stairs, so be aware if stairs are not your forte. Small grocery and supply store are close by.

Good house in a great location

This home was the perfect size for us and our 2 young girls for a long weekend. Charming design and great location - quiet, low population density, close to general store and seafood market and a very short walk to the beach. We would not hesitate to rent here again!

Just perfect!

Unpretentious, unfussy, clean and comfortable. This is a great property for vacationing with teenage boys- plenty of bathrooms and a sturdy, lived in feeling like we couldn’t mess anything up. The location is perfect and it is on a beautiful stretch of beach!

Our Stay at the Treehouse

The house its self is cute for really young people. The stairs inside are horrible for anyone over 20. I did not realize all sleeping area was up a spiral staircase. There is not enough living space for relaxing tv, etc. Cleaning crew left a lot of long black hair in house and Q-tips and some bathroom trash left on floor in one bathroom upstairs. The house was equipped pretty well except there is not one cookie sheet.. All in all i would recommend this to a young family. TY

Great place for family of 4

We enjoyed the open floor plan and great outdoor deck. House was close to the beach and had great views for a non-beachfront property. Our kids liked the place a lot. Our only wish was that the water pressure for showers was better. Hopefully that can be updated soon. Overall a very nice place.

Great beach home

Clean, well-equipped property with wonderful wrap-around porch and short easy walk to the beach. We had a great time and were able to bring our dog, which enhanced our vacation fun. We would love to be able to return for future getaways. Highly recommend! Heads up to renters - bring your own #4 cone shaped coffee filters and salt & pepper or you will have to head back to the grocery store.

Beautiful house, short walk to the beach

House is beautiful. Very close to the beach. Very peaceful. There is a trading post close by and a biking track. Shulttle to the St. Vincent island is 16 min away. Cons. The house is beautiful, but a little renovation will not hurt. The tap and shower in the master bathroom was not working properly. It would be nice to have at least some coffee or tea for a start to refresh after a long drive. Otherwise nice and cozy.

Perfect beach tree house!!

House, location and beach was perfect! House was clean, well stocked and steps from the beautiful Cape San Blas beach. This was our first time to this area of Florida and we absolutely loved it. The beaches are quiet and beautiful. No high rises or traffic. Our house came with a $250 credit at Vay K Gear and we were able to rent bikes and get a cornhole game with it. It was delivered when we arrived and it was a great bonus. The whole cape has bike and walking path so we really enjoyed bike riding daily. Only negative would be the window blinds in the master. There are vertical slats missing and that made it impossible to have complete privacy. And the ceiling fan in the master was very noisy, think it’s loose from the ceiling so we had to keep it off. Not a big deal on both those things, we had a fantastic time and loved the house. Wrap around porch with great ocean views was very enjoyable having coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back

Close to beach. Comfy beds. Had all that we needed. Great porch swing with water view for coffee.

After much research, we chose the Treehouse as our rental. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. What you don't see on pictures is that the bathrooms have nice counters and all three have tub/shower combos. They are small but adequate. There is a laundry room with full size machines. There is also a new gas grill under the house to use. Lots of stairs. Outside. Inside. To the beach. Stairs. Lol. But it kept me in shape all week. :) The beds were comfortable and clean and have new coastal quilts. There is a nice flat screen tv in downstairs and an older tv in master for winding down at night. We were very happy and satisfied with our rental. It wasn't a posh place by any means, or professionally decorated, but its simple style made for a great background for our hopes for a simple family beach vacation. We enjoyed lots of porch swing time and cooked some wonderful meals with the well stocked kitchen. There isn't much cell signal on the Cape, so we were all forced to unplug, which was wonderful! The location on the Cape is perfect. One mile to the Trading Post store on bikes for fresh donuts in the mornings. The boardwalk to the beach is a close walk. The beach is somewhat narrow in the immediate area, but if you want lots of space and beach around you, there is plenty on up the beach if willing to walk just a tiny bit. The area is very quiet and is a great retreat from life. Be prepared to cook (get fresh seafood from St. Jo Seafood) or go early... restaurants close around 9. Don't miss "Joe Mama's Pizza" in nearby Port st Joe. Delicious everything and is award winning. Great week. Great rental. Happy, well rested, and tan. :)
