We had a great stay for our family of 5. Everything was very clean and the staff extremely friendly, the property is due for a bit of a soft renovation though, repainting in the room and in the common areas etc.

Didn’t like receptions attitude because we have booked through Expedia and not direct when complained that we were looking straight at a high rise being built told nothing they could do as we booked through a third party.

Location was great parking on site was easy just join the group for free. The unit was in close proximity to all of the Nelson bay facilities and not to far to walk down and around the Nelson Bay Dock and beachfront.

The equipment in the kitchen needs to be upgraded, we did not want to use the scratched Teflon frypan provided. We had to wait a long time for a BBQ to use as one of the BBQs was out of order

A pleasant and easy place to stay for a family. Friendly staff were welcoming. Bonus that there are EV chargers available in one of the car parks. Pool is lovely.
