“- The unit was very clean & as described. - That area of town was a bit rougher than I had understood but I did walk to nearby restaurants during the day & early evening. Since I was traveling solo, I did not go walking after dark. - Very tight parking spaces; any vehicle larger than my Subaru Forester will struggle to park. - Multiple replies from the host were delayed so that added stress to the trip that was unnecessary. For example, I only got check-in details 3 hours before I arrived on……

“First of all the property is not as described. I would call it embellished, we decided not to stay. So it's hard to comment on what would have happened had we done that. But first impressions well it was a little confusing to get in, then once we got in, the overwhelming smell and smoke of marijuana in the atrium of the building left us a little high. “Chagrin Falls is a gem of a small town. This property is close to everything. Rachel is thorough, and quick to get back to you. The decor is wonderful. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. There’s a picture in the listing showing the steps up to the apartment. Be aware they are steep and the rise of each step is high. There’s a very sturdy railing to hold on to. I highly recommend this place.”

“We absolutely loved this! It was exactly as described but so much cuter! We loved the space, the convenience to so many things, the price and that it was pet friendly! The huge patio of the bedroom was a pleasant surprise as it's much bigger than the photos show! Anna was great to communicate with from start to finish. Very thorough instructions and responsive! “The Couch that 1 broken in 215 when I wanted to sleep on the Layout bed so I can watch tv in the living room the bed has a crack in it and no sugar for coffee it would be nice if there’s a tv in the bedroom ”
