“We stayed because our ferry was cancelled twice. The staff let us extend our checkout and told us to stay as long as we needed to. That in itself will mean we will definitely stay here again. Rooms dated but clean and comfortable”

“The location is ideal. The hotel is in the process of renovating the building and this distracted from my stay. I was not made aware of the renovations when I booked my room. Too bad. Also, I was under the impression when I booked that parking was included. When I checked out, I was billed for parking. An unanticipated expense.”

“No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”
