"Y Cei is beautiful. The presentation is perfect in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Lots of bathrooms. 5 loos so bring plenty of loo rolls. The location is perfect too. The view outside changes with the tide and is always breathtaking. It’s incredibly popular- deservedly so - which means it gets booked early. It’s an amazing place to stay."

"A great house in a great location with walks from the door. Enclosed garden area for the dog but would like to see a gate across the driveway so he has use of all the garden. House is a bit tired looking but always clean & welcoming & I will definitely be returning."

"Bwthyn Branwen is in a perfect spot in Aberffraw with the tea rooms also food is a delight . We found the cottage comfortable & bedding lovely and clean along with the bathrooms. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the state of the lounge carpet, two nasty stains"

"Very comfortable cottage and welcome pack much appreciated. Shame there isn't a dishwasher. Location perfect. There are a few areas in the cottage which could do with some tlc such as chipped paint in the bathroom but doesn't affect use. Would stay again."

"The amount of thought put into the preparation of this cottage was phenomenal . Every cupboard or drawer we opened revealed yet another effort to make the stay perfect. There was even a colander which we used for the eclipse! The comfort of the beds, along with the sea air, ensured I slept like a top, better than at home. The furnishings were so tasteful that I sourced the lamp shades and bought two whilst on the island. The welcome bag was a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the fluffy white towels. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for providing such a lovely relaxing retreat."

"Property was clean and had everything we needed. Outside was a little unkept but it was a large property so lots of upkeep needed. Hosts were great"

"This house is wonderful! It is large with lots of room and everything you could need. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed walking into the town and eating at the cafe and having a drink at the pub. The people were very friendly and welcoming!"

"The property was excellent, better than my expectations. Layout of the house is perfect for families and friends. Fully equipped with everything needed, including the kitchen, with all utensils provided in duplicate. We had excellent weather on the second day, but the house was comfortable even in the blustery cold night that followed. Only negative, as mentioned by another poster here, is the electric shower in the master bathroom. "
