“What a fantastic find for a family holiday. Exceeded expectations in terms of location, accommodation, facilities etc. A great deal of thought has been put in by owners to enhance the comfort of your stay, a lovely home from home. Lovely short walk to a fabulous beach, and not far from Portmadock where there are shops for every need. Would highly recommend, and sure like us you will just want to go back again. “We enjo.yed our stay. The cottage was in a tranqil area, but only a short drive from Porthmadog. It had every thing that we needed in a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable, although bedrooms were small. The lounge area is looking a little tired, the sofa and rug especially need updating. There was a lot of cobwebs throuhout with wispy spiders (which I hoovered away) . On the whole this place was very good value for money and……

“Cottage is ideally located, warm comfortable and cosy. Loads of empty beaches. The area is stunning. Harlech castle, Snowdonia, Portmeirion etc all within a few minutes drive We had a lovely week and were lucky with the weather for the time of year. Views across the estuary are outstanding. Had a minor plumbing issue which was rectified within 2 hours so first class communication and service. To be picky the cottage could use a lick of paint and a spruce up, especially the pots & pans but……

“The property was spotless, location was perfect, walkable to shops, town etc. street parking we had no issues but might be issues during busy season. Took a minute but figured out the heating, clearer directions would have sorted this out. We were a family of 6 and the property was perfect for us. Kitchen very well equipped, washing machine, had fire place as well. The beds were super cozy. We stayed 3 nights was perfect location to explore the local area. ”
