An ideal setting for your holidays
Located in the secure residence ‘Le Clos de Socorro’, this pretty air-conditioned corner villa can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a pleasant, spacious terrace. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with separate WC. The tiled, fenced terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue is the perfect place to relax.

A comfortable and practical interior
Ground floor:
Bright, air-conditioned living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.
Separate WC.

First floor:
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Shower room with WC.

Facilities for added comfort
This villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, as well as a range of practical facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, electric hob, coffee maker, Senseo, flat-screen TV, hoover, iron and ironing board, fans. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

A relaxing environment
The villa has a lovely west/north-facing terrace with a pleasant view, garden furniture, an electric barbecue and access to the garden shed. You can also take advantage of the electric awning for added comfort in summer. Private parking is also available.

An ideal location for seaside holidays

Located just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, the villa offers easy access to shops, restaurants and other services. The residence also has a communal swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 1.70m), and you're close to the nature reserve, the Canal du Midi and a host of water sports activities.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans ce petit appartement mais fonctionnel La terrasse est vraiment top 2 petits points d amélioration : une barrière pour empêcher bébé de prendre les escaliers et le Barbecue électrique n’est pas top Sinon génial Aussi la piscine est un vrai plus !
