“The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. “A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent.
