Description: Fully renovated three-room apartment on the ground floor, featuring modern furnishings and a private garden.

Entrance into a bright living room with TV, dining table, and comfortable sofa – fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine – master bedroom with double bed – second bedroom with a French bed (one and a half size) – bathroom with bathtub and antechamber with washing machine – private courtyard at the back.
