75 m2 apartment on the 3rd and last floor in a residence, including:

- 2 rooms with bed in 160 and 140
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer
- A laundry room with washing machine 9kg
- A living room comfortable, air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen
- A terrace of 10 m2 covered and equipped with a table for 4 people, 4 chairs and a plancha. Without vis-à-vis, with a superb view on the green hills
- access to WIFI

The accommodation is located in a quiet environment and is ideally located. It is only 10 minutes from the city center on foot and about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica such as Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.

The residence puts at your disposal a private parking, closed with remote controlled gate.

Nous étions 4 personnes (avec nos cousins). Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de notre séjour. Le propriétaire Fabrice est aux petits soins. Il y a tout ce qu il faut niveau confort et équipements divers (notamment pour cuisiner, internet, parking privé, etc ...). Nous recommandons fortement ce 3ème étage tranquille ! Prima di parlare dell'appartamento devo ringraziare Fabrice per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità, davvero un grande. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, non manca davvero nulla, risulta spazioso e comodo oltre che arredato con gusto. Avere il parcheggio all'interno della struttura è comodissimo, oltre che essere praticamente nelle immediate vicinanze sia del centro di Portovecchio che delle strade per le spiagge più famose che si raggiungono in davvero 10/15 minuti. Consigliatissimooooo....
