Very beautiful and clean ..very nice landlord.

Everything was perfect.Clean and tidy with a beautiful pool area..nice communication with the landlord.We loved the vacation. Wonderful beaches , easy to reach with the car. We recommend Rhondinara beach, and Santa Giulia. And we surely recommend this House!

We spend eight days in Porto Vecchio and would highly recommend this appartment. Jean-Noel is a very nice and helpful host, even when we arrived very late at the appartment, he welcomed us and had everything prepared.

Great stay

We had a great holiday staying in this apartment. The highlight was the pool and garden area - very well kept and the pool was warm enough for our 10 month old baby to comfortably enjoy. The apartment is well equipped and has a general good standard of furnishing and up keep. It’s not brand new but is in good condition. Easy to drive to numerous beaches, the closest around 15 minutes. Two points to note: 1) the 3rd bedroom does not have air conditioning and could benefit from a fan 2) to walk from the apartment to centre of the town (by the church) is 1.6km, the walk is uphill. It’s do-able but not a short walk. That said, we really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this to people looking for a quality residence to enjoy southern Corsica.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine Doppelhaushälfte mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super. Egal ob Bügeleisen, Wasserball, Grill oder Einkaufstasche … alles ist vorhanden. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum, sehr gepflegt mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passe un super séjour dans cette résidence avec piscine. Nous retrouvons 4 maisons accolées mais ce n'était pas du tout un problème, nous étions totalement indépendant. La villa est bien située a proximité du centre ville d'Ajaccio, avec toutes commodités a proximité, ( restaurant, boulangerie, pharmacie, commerces, etc,et ). Elle est vraiment fonctionnelle, très propre avec toutes les commodités. La piscine carrelée avec goût à débordement est parfaite ... Le parc arboré est également bien sympa. Pour finir, le propriétaire nous a reçu avec sympathie et réactivité, merci pour ces conseils !!. Nous conseillons également son restaurant, on s'est régalé !!. Pour conclure, nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la villa de M. Michelozzi. Spacieuse, très bien équipée (il y avait même des jouets de plage pour enfants) et idéalement située, à 20 min à pied du centre ville de Porto Vecchio. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. C’est un logement très bien aménagé et très fonctionnel. De grand espaces où la famille se sent parfaitement à l’aise. Parking aisé et sécurisé dans la propriété. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Le jardin arboré est magnifique, ce qui vous donne une jolie vue depuis la terrasse. Proche de Porto-Vecchio en voiture ou à pieds. Boulangerie et commerces à proximité. Situation idéale. Allez-y les yeux fermés, c’est parfait !

Absolut perfekte Unterkunft. Herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Sehr viele Details an die der Vermieter gedacht hat. Einkaufstasche, Kinderspielsachen, Sonnenschirme, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck uvm.. Jede Menge Ablagemöglichkeiten und ein Grill. Das ganz Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Toller Garten und super gepflegter Pool mit Holzdeck.

Villa spacieuse très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette villa spacieuse, très bien équipée et conçue, avec vue sur un très beau jardin et une superbe piscine. Nous avons aussi diné dans le restaurant du propriétaire, vraiment délicieux, incontournable. Enfin, l’emplacement de la villa est idéal, centre de Porto Vecchio accessible à pied, accès direct vers la route menant à Bavella où aux plages.

C'est tout à fait conforme aux photos du site! La piscine était chauffée fin octobre. Accueil très chaleureux et arrangeant de Jean Noël malgré notre arrivée tardive. C'était parfait. Le propriétaire tient également un restaurant dans Porto Vecchio à recommander totalement. Jardin avec piscine très agréable et sécurisé pour les enfants. Petits commerces à proximité accessibles à pied (pharmacie, boulangerie etc...)

Einfach nur schön

Die Lage erschien zunächst fragwürdig, aber wie so oft täuschte der erste Eindruck. Relativ kurze Wege in die Altstadt und an den Yachthafen. Die Anlage, bestehend aus 2 baugleichen Doppelhäusern, mit sehr schönem Pool und Garten, ist top gepflegt. Und Jean- Noel ist ein charmanter Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen!
