Of our two weeks traveling throughout the Republic and N Ireland this was the nicest of our accommodations. We booked the upgrade King room with beautiful ocean view. Large well appointed room. Hosts Kieran and Diane were very welcoming. Excellent breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Causeway Coastal Trip

We loved our 3 nights stay at this Hillrise Portrush B&B. Beautiful victorian building, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated throughout. The sea view guests sitting room was a big bonus during our stay. Breakfast was amazing each morning. The hosts made us felt so welcomed and gave us invaluable tips and recommendations which made our Causeway Coastal experience that much more unforgettable. THANK YOU!

This has to be the best B&B we have ever stayed at. It really did feel homely, relaxing and we slept so well. The hosts were absolutely lovely and the breakfast spot on. There is parking, views from the property are great and I can honestly say we did not want to leave. One of the best stays we’ve had anywhere in Ireland. A real gem of a find. The owners are fantastic hosts. The facilities are modern, well maintained and super clean. Staying at Hillrise was definitely a highlight on our entire trip.

This place is amazing

The room is very big and comfortable, view from balcony amazing. 15 min walk there are loads of harbour options. Breackfast is amazing and host very friendly.

We travel a lot and have broad experience with lodging services. Hillrise for us is a top rated stay of four nights. The hosts are dedicated to giving the best service possible, pay attention to detail, serve a great breakfast and keep the place in immaculate condition. Stunning views and great hospitality

Hillrise Portrush is a wonderful place to stay. It starts with the wonderful hospitality of Diane and Kieren who are friendly and helpful hosts — and Diane is a gifted cook as well ( morning breakfasts were delicious and freshly made). Our room was spacious, clean and well lit with modern conveniences. And the view- spectacular from our room and the hang out area available to guests overlooking the Portrush Harbour and beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this excellent B&B

We liked everything! The host couple was so attentive and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely and very comfortable! Wonderful breakfast selections and deliciously prepared. We'd give them 10 stars, if we could! If you're looking for accommodations in Portrush, this would be a good choice.

Fantastic!!!

We arrived early and were welcomed with open arms. We were treated like family (the side you actually like)! Dianne and Kieran were the best hosts possible. They helped with bus schedules for local sightseeing, and pointed us towards the great places to eat. Breakfast was most excellent. The walks along the beach, inspiring! Truly a bit of a hidden gem and the highlight of our stay in Nothern Ireland. It as nice to scratch and give pets to Brinkley and Rocco as we were missing our dog!

Perfect getaway for a couple

We had an excellent stay at Hillrise, amazing hospitality from the couple who run Hillrise they made us feel very welcome and offered plenty of advice of places to visit. The room was lovely and spacious, absolutely spotless! The breakfast was an amazing standard, I had full Irish each morning and my partner had smoked salmon and eggs one more and then avocado and eggs on sourdough toast the next. Great selection and set us up for the day of touring. The parking was perfect in off the road and also 15 min walk into the town along the promenade which was ideal for going to dinner each night. Our only feedback would be to include a full length mirror in the bedroom and maybe a small iron. Other than that it was an amazing spot and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Portrush 😊

Utterly fabulous

Well what can I say other than amazing? The owners were so friendly and just couldn't do enough for us, as for the room, that was fantastic. We had the room with views of the beach from our private balcony which was great. Waking up after a great nights sleep and pulling back the curtains to see that view, brilliant. We will definitely be back!

Kieran and Diane made this B&B special. They are great owners and hosts! We felt so welcomed. The view overlooks the bay and we had a rainbow in the morning. We enjoyed a glass of wine relaxing in the guest living room enjoying the view. Beautiful and tasteful guest rooms with all the modern features. We slept so well in the comfy king bed! Breakfast in the morning was the best! Diane makes the best hollandaise sauce for eggs Benedict!!
