"Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential. Stockbetten noch nicht mal 2 Mtr. lang, die Schlafcouch kaputt und eine Zumutung. Schubladengriffe in der Küche klebrig, Spülunterschrank kaputt, Türen hängen, Scharniere ausgebrochen. Wasserkran in der Spüle so hoch, dass alles spritzt. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Holzgriffe der Frühstücksmesser waren feucht und...

"Comme les années passées, nous avons bien profité de nos vacances. Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir l'appartement où nous avons séjourné du 8 au 23 septembre. En cette saison il y avait beaucoup de retraités comme nous et nous avons apprécié le calme surtout le soir en mangeant sur la terrasse. Merci beaucoup à Jenifer qui avait tout préparé avant notre arrivée. Nous saluons son professionnalisme et espérons revenir en septembre prochain.André et Liliane Escoubet."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement très bien situé et sécurisé, avec place de parking attitrée. La mer est à proximité, comme indiqué dans l'annonce. L'appartement est très sympa avec une terrasse vue sur les collines et la mer sur le côté. Les commodités sont proches et peuvent être effectuées à pieds. Nous reviendrons 😊"

"Las vistas a la playa lo mejor del apartamento, no estaba muy limpio, los cristales del dormitorio ya no podían estar más sucios y hay telarañas en la terraza. Los muebles son muy viejos y en el armario hay una puerta que no se de dónde la sacaron pero que no encaja ni cierra bien , el colchón y los sofás tampoco son cómodos y la televisión es muy pequeña y muy mal sintonizada. El personal de la agencia muy amables y Peñíscola muy bonito "

"La piscina es lo mejor del lugar. Mejorar podría en la cocina(cubertería, cuchillos para cortar, tabla para corte, tostadora...) Manguera para el exterior que no la tiene, ni salida de agua. Camas incómodas y viejas, estores para que no entre la luz por la mañana... Presión del agua muy baja... Y ruido exterior pero aquí no se puede hacer nada ya que la carretera está enfrente. Si se hacen mejoras en ese aspecto la casa cambiaría por completo"

"Alors c est un appartement fonctionnel il manquait rien pratique propre et surtout la vue sur la mer mieux que les photos la piscine a côté très propre ou chacun nage à l aise sans se bousculer bonne isolation on entend a peine la mer une fois les fenêtres fermées....la clim juste un plaisir.... vraiment un sans faute et je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir.... sans oublier la gentillesse du monsieur qui nous a reçu....en Espagne les gens sont encore humain ❤️💐🌹"

"Pros: We hadden een fantastische tijd in het appartement! De verhuurder was ongelooflijk gastvrij en behulpzaam. Hij reageerde snel op al onze vragen en gaf ons geweldige tips over lokale restaurants en attracties. Het appartement zelf was brandschoon, goed ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf. De locatie was perfect, op loopafstand van het strand en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. We zouden dit appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen en kijken ernaar uit...
