“This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!”

“the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however.”

“The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri”

“We really loved our stay! Within 2 minutes of entering the home my husband claimed he wished it was ours! My mother in law was regularly checking furniture to find out the brand because she loved it so much! The property management company was amazing! Very responsive and so helpful. “Just staying one night in Lortsmkutj NH. Very good location and generally quiet. but like all newer “hotels” cheaply constructed ergo noisy. The eco shampoo and soap is insulting apparently like prisons we can’t be trusted with a bar of soap. The sheets were old and the sheer curtains had a big rip in them. Overall giving the sense of a money maker for the franchise but a poor representation of the Conrad Hilton brand. The place is somewhat new but tired already. ”
