「The location is really good for access to Portsmouth. There's a lot of foot traffic on the street below, but you don't hear that in the apartment. It's on the small side, but large enough, with a separate living area and kitchen. Joy is a great host. She's very connected and attends to any issues that come up. 」

「We had an excellent stay at this property. The owner kept in constant contact and was very attentive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for getting around the area. We will definitely look to stay there again!!」

「Perfect location in Portsmouth for shopping, dining, walks. EZ parking close by. Modern and well appointed for furniture and appliances. The AC mini-splits run a lot but air temp and humidity were good. Faint smell of cigarette smoke and there seemed to be dog hair on the living room rug, but otherwise clean.」

「Everything was as expected, the home was neat, up-to-date and close to town and Portsmouth activities. The host provided a list of recommendations for food and local attractions which we appreciated and found very helpful. The location also made a side trip to Ogunquit very doable. 「The Tide House is such a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Portsmouth! Only a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Watching the tide go in and out from the window was so fun! The entire space is very clean and well decorated, a pleasant place to stay all around! 」

「This property exceeded our expectations for our college roommate reunion weekend. The location couldn't have been better - we could easily walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and activities Portsmouth has to offer. Having garage parking was huge bonus too since street parking is expensive. It rained quite a bit during our stay, but the house was so comfortable and well-appointed that we genuinely enjoyed spending time there when we had to adjust our outdoor plans. The living spaces...
