Lovely home in Posedarje

This beautiful villa dates back to 1821 and is an authentic Dalmatian house. Located in a quiet area, this villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Villa Jerolim will delight you with its bright interior and rustic furnishings. It can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of three bedrooms located on the upper floor, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms also have an extra bed for one person. There are two interestingly decorated bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for eight people leading to the living room.

The villa sits on a 2000 m2 plot with a beautiful private pool and comfortable sun loungers, a lawn with olive trees and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals from the barbecue. There is also a traditional common room (konoba) with a small kitchen, large fireplace and dining area where you can fully enjoy your vacation.Villa Jerolim is located in the quiet surroundings of Slivnica, near Posedarje. It is a quiet area, not crowded or very inhabited - perfect for a relaxing vacation. The place is quite unusual compared to most places on the Adriatic coast thanks to its special geographical position. You can reach the coast whether you turn east, west or south. The nearest restaurant, store and bar are located in the village of Slivnica. A supermarket and other facilities are located in Posedarje, about 5 km from the villa. Less than 3 km away you can enjoy the beautiful pebble beaches of Slivnica. If you prefer sand, the beaches in Posedarje, which are 5 km away from the villa, are perfect for you. You should take the opportunity to explore the wider surroundings of the villa. Don't miss the small historic town of Nin or the "capital" of the region, Zadar.
