The Apartment Park View is located in mansion in the small
and very quiet village Swantow, formerly a significant Slavonic worship,
on the old road between Altefähr and Zudar in sunny flat wave Südrügen.

Parts of their foundations consist of large boulders that probably
stem from the old place of worship. The village consists of 10 houses.

11 km away from us is the village of Sehlen, in the equestrian facility Tegelhof located.
The bay and the beaches of the peninsula Zudar you can reach in a few minutes.

Surfing, fishing, etc. For cycling, there is an extensive, well-developed and flat, as desired,
gently undulating or hilly road network. By car you can reach the cultural and theater City
Putbus with its castle gardens and the county seat mountains and
the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage) minutes in approx. 15 seconds
The lively seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin can be reached by car in 30 minutes.
