We travelled to Post Falls, ID for a surgery at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Whispering Pines was the perfect place to stay after surgery to recover. The space was perfect and the garage/game room kept our son very entertained. The primary suite was so comfortable and private while I rested and recovered.

Great for kids and family

Our two families stayed here for a soccer tournament. This house was PERFECT. There was so much for the kids to do. Between the game room and tree house, there was even a scavenger hunt the kids loved. We will for sure stay again for future tournaments

Whispering Pines exceeded our expectations! Lovely home, in a very nice neighborhood, conveniently located to features of Post Falls.

We arrived for a family wedding. The home was tastefully furnished, spacious, organized and clean. Accommodated our group of 10 and was centrally located to the wedding venue and the family we were visiting. Owners were very communicative and very much care for their property. Cousin's Weekend

The house is beautiful. Nine of stayed for three nights for our annual cousin's weekend. We range in age from 26 to 81, all women! We visited, played games and ate.....a lot. Home away from home

Paula was very communicative from the time we booked until we arrived. Their home is very bright, clean, and cozy. There were so many toys and games for our kids to play with. Great Family Stay for College Graduation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. The house is light and bright with lots of room. We played games in the garage/game room and also enjoyed time in the sunshine out on the back deck. The neighborhood was quiet and the location gave us easy access to the interstate as graduation was in Spokane(GO ZAGS!) and celebrations were in CDA. Thanks for sharing your property!

Perfect Place! Spacious and Lovely

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 children who visited the area for a Thanksgiving get away and to explore for a potential future move. This home was perfect for us! The layout afforded lots of privacy for each family, was very spacious, and full of fun "extras" that made our week fantastic! Everything was sparkly clean, decorated beautifully but at the same time, comfortable for families with children. The location is excellent with easy access to shopping and main points of interest! Paula is a terrific host...responsive and caring with a gift for offering a superb VRBO!

Perfect Family Gathering

Paula and her home were just the best. We had our early Thanksgiving get together. We were able to sleep those who came in from out of town (my boyfriend and I are from Texas) and a couple of my girls stayed at the house as well. The garage was a big hit. My grandson and I loved the air hockey table. The whole family played many games. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that there is NOT an actually hot tub. It’s just the jetted tube in the Master. My grandson love it though. Lol we will definitely be back!!

A Perfect Fit

We travel to the Post Falls area a couple of times per year to visit our granddaughter (oh yeah...and her parents). We bring along her two remaining great-grandmothers (one is 90, and the other is 80), who cherish these brief visits dearly. We have normally stayed in Hayden, which is a little further away from our destination, but that home was suddenly sold a couple of months after we had booked it for this trip, so we had to find someplace new fairly fast. It turned out to be a lucky break, and we all feel fortunate that we found it. When we first arrived, we were taken by the attention to detail, not only in the information they sent us, but in the clear, concise instructions throughout the house on how to use and care for the amenities. It was cozy and clean. We felt welcomed. The neighborhood is quiet, and just far enough off the beaten path to feel remote and still close to stores for convenience. The place itself is warm and welcoming throughout. It is obvious this home has been loved and cared for, and the owners, Paula and Michael, are easy to communicate with. We are a family full of stories, and we enjoyed learning some of the history of the place. It made the stay that much more personal. We hope to stay here again on future trips. Michael and Paula helped us make some memories. We couldn't have asked for more.
