「Downstairs bathrooms were closed off - The lady at the front desk was fairly rude.」

「very nice hotel」

「Over all a nice place to stay the only problem was there wasn’t enough hot water. Had hot water for the first night but the had to take cold showers for the other two days.」

「Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.」

「Bed could have faced the TV. The couch bed was gross. Had to ask for sheet and blanket to put down so my child could even sleep on it. Not impressed for what I paid」

「good」

「Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel」

「I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I would happily stay here again.」

「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「Staff was nice and helpful. Sadly pool was down!」

「Very clean room, staff very kindly and nice, very good breakfast, I didnt use the air conditioning because you can open the window for fresh air.」
