「Clean and comfy. Close to family. 」

「For the price, this place was a really pleasant surprise. Had 6 people and a dog & we had plenty of room. TVs in the bedroom are nice, beds are comfortable, washer and dryer worked. Big fenced backyard very convenient for dog. Plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles or a trailer. Quiet neighborhood - really close to interstate access for everything. Kitchen is well equipped & everything works I would go on vacation a lot more if I could find more places like this. Watching the fat...

「We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. 」

「We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table.」

「Very clean, like a mini apartment. Full size fridge and four burner stove. Bed was comfy. Perfect overnight stay. Owner communicated excellent thru the rental period. Would stay again.」
