"There is so much I could say about this home for the good!!!!! Great experience overall! Jeff was amazing to deal with and had a special treat when we got there. The home was as perfect as it was on the ad. So so clean and smelled amazing. Easy rules, lots of extras, pool was amazing! It was quiet and peaceful and just what I needed for a couple of days. I would highly recommend this house and the owner!!!! Can’t wait to book again."

Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room Near Lake Texoma

"First impression was not great. The patio and porch wasn’t swept and looked like it hadn’t been in a while. The pictures online are not quite on point with what the cabin is now. The hot tub was unusable; the water was so grimy and there was foam all in it. There wasn’t any we would get in it. The grill was rusted out and we couldn’t use it. The sheet in the main bedroom had a hole in it along with a stain on the top sheet. If it was an old set- in stain then the sheet should have been thrown away and replaced. The “game room” had missing pool cues, the air hockey table did not work and was being leveled by one of the corn hole bags!We were very disappointed with this rental and the fact we couldn’t use the features that were advertised so we went home a day early. "

"It was clean but looked like maybe cleaned a week ago and hadn’t been stayed in. The beds were hard. The febreeze plug ins had electrical tape around them……. The lights in the living room are hanging down slightly, need someone to get a ladder and tap them back up. The sink in the master bathroom don’t work properly. The mast bedroom also doesn’t have any window coverings. The outdoor grill was completely rusted on the inside and not usable. We had to use the neighbors grill to cook our food. Overall it’s an ok place and could be as great as the pictures look with a little TLC. ALSO don’t let the game room fool you. The air hockey “works” but barely any air coming out. For the price I expected more from this property. I wouldn’t book again unless it’s been given some attention. "
