「Pet-friendly space welcomed our dog without any issues or extra hassle at check-in.」

「Excellent stay in a great location! Exceptional communication. Highly recommend.」

「We enjoyed our stay.」

「I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention. The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. 「All good. Sammy communicated as needed to assure a smooth stay.」

「Make sure you bring instant coffee. This property is actually a hotel, or a former hotel turned pet-friendly extended-stay solution. But there were no vending machines or any utensils/plates for your DoorDash meals and who calls DoorDash for morning coffee? It was okay, clean, comfortable, once we recovered from an incorrect notification that the property had no record of our reservation and had to call first Expedia and then Vrbo to get things straightened out.」

「A place I will certainly return to. It was very spacious and strategically located to all the shops and events I wanted to go to. Wonderful rural setting and attentive hosts. Thank you for this hidden treasure. I’ll be back!」

「It was clean and looked like the pictures the host was nice just was some noise but nothing crazy」

「Unfortunately the rain made it impossible to enjoy the patio which was lovely!」

「Always had street parking near the house. Very clean and host was very helpful. The area is very nice and close to a shopping center. Also the seasonings weren’t expired and there was a great selection.」

「We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!」

「Nature lovers who prefer the comforts of home and abundant country living: this is your spot. Dorothy and Elvin welcome guests with warmth, and Sasha the shepherd brings her joy and waggy tail for greetings whenever you return from the pristine countryside. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet or cozy haven while visiting for a wedding nearby.」

「Charming, quiet, cozy Vrbo. The a/c was a life saver. Beautiful green space across the road for exploration. Laundry facilities were a very useful feature. Thanks Dave!!」

「Clean and comfortable!」

「Very clean place, well kept, and located in a nice neighborhood in Bryn Mawr that’s quiet and accessible to so many good places. Communication with Dave was smooth and he’s very responsive. Loved our stay!」

「Great apartment and location for a quick tournament trip (Prooving Grounds) with my son. Location to shops and restaurants was great for an early morning or late night meal. Nice opportunity to see local colleges too. Host was responsive and helpful.」
