“Dave's place was perfect for my 80+ year old parents who have mobility issues and can't do a lot of stairs. Parking is right near the front door, then a few steps up and everything is all on one floor from there. Comfortable space, clean, and very quiet (even with other units in the house). Location right off Route 30 made it very convenient to everything on the Main Line and nearby train station offers easy 30-minute access to Center City. Not shiny and new, but a great option at a reasonable……

“This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's……
