"We can’t really fault Ki Space. All staff we came across were amazing even at 12am in the morning! Breakfast staff were always friendly & any that we passed in the corridor. The room was immaculate each day which we appreciated after being at Disneyland all day. The shuttle was amazing, had to stand ..."

"Receptionist seems not very welcoming once we arrived.he was busy at private stuff..only talked to us when we tried to communicate with him. Gonna give 5 stars if receptionists can at least say Bonjour with a smile at the first time we got in the hotel. Great spacious apartment except the broken ..."

"The hair dryer was not working, and despite reporting it to both the night and day staff, no solution was provided. During our five-day stay, I had to let my hair air-dry naturally every day. The Wi-Fi was also unstable and frequently disconnected"
