“detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property”

“Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. Five star service! My only suggestion is to be more clear that it really isn't two units (there are two sleeping……

“It was a good location as we had family renting other units nearby and the pool was across the street from the patio. The lighting needs more wattage, rooms were not bright enough except for the kitchen. Could walk to beach at Turtle Bay resort. Did not have any occasion to contact property manager so rated that as o.k.”

“The property is amazing, located on a golf course and a short walk (~5 minutes) to the beach (but beware, the beach is a little rocky). The pros: - Orly was very helpful and responsive via VRBO messaging - Orly did manage to fix the air conditioner that went out during our stay - There is one dedicated parking spot and a tag for a second car, so if you have multiple cars, you should be set - There were 3 of us, so it was very roomy (I was working remotely part of the time, so needed my own……

How to use appliances, things to do in the area and what to do on day of leaving etc. A small but helpful thing but apart from that, a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.”

They have thought of everything for this condo and we couldn’t find one thing that was missing that we might need. We really appreciate the thought that has gone into The amenities for their guests. “This condo was perfectly located, an easy walk to the resort and beaches. The kitchen was well stocked and overall everything was clean and comfortable. Ginger was a good host and we did not have any concerns during our visit. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Spacious clean place, close to Turtle Bay resort. Short walk to beach and not too far from Haleiwa. The pool was great too! We also enjoyed playing tennis!!”

“So, to start with the cons. We stayed in an airstream completely different than the one advertised. It was less modern/cutesy and more rustic. It wasnt cleaned. The sink still had toothpaste residue in it, and the trash bins were full of previous customers trash. And the A/C didnt work. But stay with me on this. Despite the flaws, we didnt report anything to the property manager. Not due to lack of communication, but because they were overall small things. Im not going to make someone come out……

“We enjoyed this location very much. The condo was clean and well stocked for our week stay. It’s located in a great spot on the north shore with only a short drive in either direction to some great secluded beaches, restaurants, and activities. You could really even stay in the Turtle Bay Area and enjoy great food and beaches. Check in was easy and everything was explained so our stay was very simple.”

“We loved the layout of the property, it worked perfectly for us. We were traveling with our two small kids and grandparents so the loft space worked out well for us. The location is great for all north shore activities and we went to the turtle bay beach every day.”

“House is in a gorgeous neighborhood tucked in the hills above Pupukea. Location is convenient to Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Foodland, and Haleiwa. Would stay again!”
