Nach 22 Jahren Urlaubsbuchung über Topic Travel und später unserer Erstbeschreibung über Belvilla ein Rückschlag Schwimmbad war extrem verdreckt Schwimmbad wirkte sauber aber nach einer halben Stunde hatte sich der ganze Dreck wieder abgesetzt Nur die Beleuchtung der Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte Die Mikrowelle blieb auch bei offener Tür eingeschaltet Außenbeleuchtung hing um halb zehn (gefährlich bei Regen) Etwas Text und Erklärung über den Fernseher und Satellit ist nicht überflüssig luxe.Interieur war prima.Fijn Sofa mit genügend Platz.Wie Ruhe ist hier zwar vorhanden, aber die Privatsphäre lässt zu wünschen übrig. Für uns kein zweites Mal.

Sehr schöne Umgebung: Weinberge, bergig, viel Natur. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Besuche in Carcassonne, Narbonne, .... In Bezug auf die Unterkunft: sehr geräumiges Haus - geeignet, um mit 2 Familien zusammen zu bleiben. 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad mit Dusche (keine Badewanne vorhanden). Geräumige Küche mit vielen Kochutensilien Backofen, Mikrowelle, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, geräumiger Kühl- / Gefrierschrank. Geräumiger Pool. Der Garten ist kaum gepflegt. Das Petanque-Feld ist aufgrund von nicht spielbar Unkraut und auf dem Kinderspielplatz wachsen Unkräuter bis zu 20 cm hoch.

Bekam eine SMS, sobald das Haus sauber war (war früher als die vorgegebene Zeit), und der Schlüsselsafe war praktisch, so dass Sie spät am Abend anreisen können. Darüber hinaus war die Unterkunft in der Basis in Ordnung, aber es fehlte die Markise / überdachte Terrasse, die auf Belvilla angegeben war, aber es gab keine (mehr). Die Nutzung von Extras wie Sonnenschirm, Kinderbett, Klimaanlage usw. wird in Rechnung gestellt. Darüber hinaus ist die schöne Umgebung ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Küste, aber auch zum Beispiel Carcassonne (45 Autominuten) zu besuchen.
