Staff were not well informed regarding the lights in the rooms maybe there was better lighting but we couldn't find it. They also should have taken the credit card on arrival as we had to wait a checkout to pay the tourist tax."

We originally stayed in La Spezia as a base for visiting Cinque Terre, but we were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. The walks are absolutely mesmerizing, especially in the evening, and there are so many great restaurants around. A fantastic location for exploring both La Spezia and Cinque Terre!"
