“The house was very clean with modern decor. Even though it was a 4 bdrm house, it was adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. The path leading to the back from the driveway (towards the house) could be cleaned up alittle, it doesn't initiate a first good impression. Parking can definitely be a problem if you have more than 2 cars. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. The reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 are the following: Coffee was provided but no creamer and ran out of……

“This property has plenty of space. The bathrooms are newly refurbished. The thermostat works well. Many necessities were supplied, such as laundry supplies and so on. The beds were comfortable. I would like more adult furniture in the family room to watch TV (the furniture is very low) but it's fine for kids. My grandchildren enjoyed the toys and puzzles. The yard is very pleasant.”

“Property was conveniently located and had a good yard space. It served our needs. Host was quick to respond to communication, but messaged constantly the entire weekend and even called trying to get me to extend my stay. Found the constant messages a bit stressful.”

“Pros: The property was nice. Everything was clean. For us the location was great, close to family.Cons: No information or instruction in the house. We didn't receive the check-in door code until well after our check-in time. I needed to request the Wi-Fi information. They could use a better option for a coffee maker. ”
