  • Perfect family cottage? We've got you covered! Located minutes from the beautiful beaches of the OBX, our cottage has golf, pool, tennis, pickleball, gym and the H2OBX WaterPark all within 1 mile! Enjoy our 4 hole short course, "The Killie" for unlimited play during your stay, then putt your heart out on our 5,000 sq. foot courtyard putting green that stays lit until 10 pm! BBQ on your deck while you the OBX vacation you deserve! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
    The Space
    In addition to a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living/dining area, each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs (each bedroom has 2 full-sized beds). There is a loft located up a spiral staircase with 2 additional full-sized beds. The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs.
    Each rental includes 2 tickets to the Outer Banks newest attraction, H2OBX to be used any time during your stay! As a cottage guest you will also have full access to Westside Athletic Club including tennis, pickle ball, fitness and pool!

Absolutely perfect! Every aspect of this experience was excellent. Wendy communicated with me prior to booking about our dog, and we decided to book the next day! The location is ideal! Quick trip to the beach and attractions. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and the pool is huge and very well taken care of and few visitors. The house is very clean, beautiful, well stocked with items you might need in the kitchen and spacious! We are a family of 4 and our girls slept downstairs, but hung out upstairs which they loved. We will be recommending this house to anyone coming to the area!!
