They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to……
