Maison Sud Ardèche

Pretty house of 110m² built in 1998 and refurbished and air-conditioned. <br>It has three pretty bedrooms in a peaceful style, the 1st has a bed of 160x200 cms, the next two have a bed of 140x200 cms. <br>A very spacious living room offers you a living room with a comfortable sofa with a television, a large dining room table for convivial meals, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen including an American fridge (ice cube, crushed ice, fresh water), a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an oven, a gas hob. <br>The bathroom has a bathtub in which a shower head is available, and a nice vanity unit.<br>Bed linen as well as bath and pool towels are provided. <br>The electric gate opens onto a large garden surrounding the house. The garden is fully fenced and planted with trees, so there is no vis-à-vis.<br>There is a private swimming pool to cool off around which deckchairs are installed. <br>On the terrace, an outdoor table is at your disposal for dining outside, next to the barbecue.<br>The area is quiet but not isolated because a Spar is located next door, a greenway runs along the street, restaurants are nearby (on foot), as well as the river (500 metres) where you can go pedal boating, eat ice cream, enjoy the equipped beach. There is also a canoe rental company to go down the Ardèche. <br>A small notebook will be at your disposal with the different activities possible in the area as well as good deals...<br><br>Your pets are welcome as long as they don't climb on the beds or the sofa. <br><br>Rentals will only be from Saturday to Saturday. <br><br>Cleaning is mandatory before departure, cleaning products are provided. A deposit of 50% of the amount of the reservation will be requested (check preferred).
