Property is in a great location. The apartment itself is a bit dated, and has a lot of stairs to maneuver with your luggage. The check-in process is extremely annoying. They were supposed to send a registration email prior to check in which did not happen. The system they use is a real pain to use, especially if you don’t have good cell phone service. There is not a person at the property to assist with this.

The property and features exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 2 BR with terrace. The pictures are accurate and the spaces are larger than expected. The rooftop terrace is a great way to end a day on the town. There is a great view of the Church of St Giles spire and clock from the terrace and one of the bedroom windows.

Amazing place to stay, full of character! Great location! Loved everything about it except the noise from a neighbor. There were drunk, loud people coming and going all night two nights in a row. We called the security phone number provided and someone came and spoke to them. We appreciated their help, but it was still frustrating. Would still recommend, but make sure to have that phone number handy.
