Nice stay

We had a very pleasant stay in a nice flat vis-a-vis a small park. The location is calm, supermarket is 3 minutes away and open every day. With tram 15, 9 ... one is only minutes away from the very center of the city. The flat was clean, tastefully decorated, well organized and the kitchen is equipped with all sorts of cutlery, a dish washer, a decent espresso machine and even a washing machine together with a spacious fridge/freezer.

Great location, Great stay

We absolutely loved staying here! Robert and Pavel were amazing hosts and welcomed us from the start. The apartment was very clean, and just as listed. The location was amazing, it felt as though it was right in the center of all of the attractions we wanted to see. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent 5 Star Apartment in Prague

Spacious and clean apartment in a safe family neighborhood, close to many restaurants. We loved coming back to Robert and Pavel’s place after a long day of sightseeing. The local recommended restaurants were all very good. There is an Alberts market just across the park to buy milk and anything else you’d want, and the tram stop is just beyond Alberts. We appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment, like providing coffee, fans, an umbrella and extra shelves. The shower pressure was amazing. Excellent place. We also very much appreciated our personable driver, Lukas, who greeted us at the airport and took us back without a hitch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Gegend

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung sehr gut. Das Viertel ist toll, hat viele Restaurants in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Schließlich ließ auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Nice Place to rest in Prague

We asked our nephew (a pragueite) where to stay in Prague and he inv’sisited on a Prague 3 address. He didn’t steer us wrong. The comfort and safety we felt in the neighborhood made our stay wonderful. The accommodations could not have been nicer. What appeared to be a newly renovated flat turned out to be just that.

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Prag. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders schön war der tägliche Gang über den Markt an der Metro Haltestelle Jirho de Podebrad. Viele nette Lokale und Restaurants gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Appartements. Gerne wieder!

Great stay in Prague

The owner-hosts, Rob and Pavel, provide an extraordinary level of outreach and support, including lots of emails, an easy check-in process through their driver, extensive instructions on the apartment and its appliances, and encyclopedic range of sight-seeing and dining suggestions. We have never felt more warmly welcomed by someone we never met or spoke with! The location is a quiet neighborhood, but with quick and easy tram access to all the major sights. Very modern, sunny and clean apartment, with a very spacious eat-in kitchen, and a view directly onto a small city park. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Residence Vinohrad.

Great stay in Prague!

This property was everything that we had hoped it would be. It is in a very safe comfortable neighborhood and it was very easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to see. Additionally, Rob and Pavel were great and very easy to communicate with. They responded to any questions or requests we had immediately before and during our stay. a home away from home

Everything was as it is advertised. Clean and comfortable rental property. Rob was easily accessible and prompt with his responses to any questions. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood and in the building. We visited during the hot summer days so it was warm for sleeping at night but the fans helped keep us cool. Would recommend this for a family of 4 to 6. Easy access to the green line subway system making all the sights very accessible!

Perfect spot for our family

The flat was wonderful. Located within walking distance of everything we needed. I love this neighborhood, it has great restaurants nearby, the park across the street, and a tram and metro stop just around the corner if needed. Top Wohnung, tolle Lage, super Service

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr begehrten Wohnviertel - ruhig, sauber, absolut sicher, das Zentrum ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Vermieter waren einfach Klasse. Haben sogar für ihre Gäste einen eigenen Reiseführer mit ganz vielen wertvollen Tipps verfasst. Wir haben schon sämtliche Metropolen besucht, aber so eine tolle Unterkunft mit so einem Service haben wir noch nirgends gehabt. Wir werden die Unterkunft sehr gerne uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Appartment mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Die Wohnung liegt im reinen Wohngebiet Zizkov, etwas abseits der Innenstadt. Die Innenstadt ist aber mit der Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen, die Haltestelle ist ca. 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, die Duchkabine mit 1 x 1 m auch groß und sehr gut, warmes Wasser kommt in der Dusche sehr schnell. Die Küche hat neben einer Küchenzeile noch Platz für einen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, im Wohnzimmer steht eine Couchgarnitur mit 2 Sesseln. Wir waren zu zweit, das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem und 1,80 x 2 m groß. Der Vermieter (Rob) selbst war im Urlaub, Stepan hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und wertvolle Tipps gegeben, wo man sein Auto abstellen kann, wo man gut essen kann und wie man in die Innenstadt kommt.

Amazing apartment, amazing hosts!!!!!

Well what can I say? In one word PERFECT! We had the most wonderful time in Prague. The apartment was just fabulous, exactly as described and as it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our needs (4 adults) – spacious, comfortable, clean and very well located with tram and metro stops very nearby. Robert and Pavel were amazing from beginning to end. All contact and communication with them was very efficient. Their extremely detailed information guide was very helpful – they seem to have thought of everything that could possibly be needed to have a good time in their apartment and in Prague.
