Beware: You Likely Won't Get Apartment Pictured

Booking this apartment was one of the worst single day travel experiences. We came in late that night and arrived to a run-down apartment that wasn't even close to the same apartment that was pictured in the app. The entry way reeked of urine, the floor boards were coming off, and there were urine stains on the mattress under the sheets. We were told the pictures are actually of one of the other many apartments the company owns. The service was very good after we complained which is the only reason it gets 2 stars. Thankfully we paid a little more and we're upgraded to a very nice hotel. Advice: You are getting exactly what you paid for with Travelscape apartments: low price, low end and minimally maintained apartments. Prague is inexpensive compared to other places in Europe so pay a little more to get a nicer place. We eventually stayed at the Red and Blue Design Hotel and it was super nice.

Lägenheten var verkligen inte som på bilderna. Lägenhetens skick var väldigt dåligt. Att man måste hämta nycklarna någon annanstans hade vi inte blivit informerad om!

Oud appartement (nr 13) boven bar. Rook, lawaai.

Oud appartement in slechte staat van onderhoud; deurposten stuk, kasten stuk, deurklink zit los, etc. Boven bar, dus veel lawaai van bar bezoekers op straat 's avonds en 's nachts. Rooklucht in appartement. Trage wifi.

약간 으스스하지만 위치가 좋아서 추천한다 침대가 많아서 좋다. 친구들은 무섭다고 했지만 그냥 지낼만 했다 근데 와이파이가 잘 안됐다. 그리고 샤워하다가 갑자기 찬물이 나오기도했다

Sentralt og romslig!

Passer bra for venneturer,store rom, alt som skal til for en konge gutte- eller jenterur! Det eneste negative vi har å tilføye er at det ikke var tydelig hvor vi skulle hente ut nøkkelen og at det var litt peoblemer å finne ut av det, men ellers er alle 20 som var med steålende fornøyd med oppholdet! :-D

Stor og rummelig lejlighed med central placering

En virkelig central beliggende lejlighed. Tæt på centrum, tæt på sporvogn og metro. Lejligheden var stor og der var separat soveværelse og eget køkken. Skrå vægge men med bjælker, der var med til at gøre den hyggelig. Gratis Wifi Utrolig flot dekoreret indgang og opgang, der dog var lidt nedslidt.

Appartment mit vielen Schwächen

Lage seht gut, zwei Appartments gebucht, das erste im Ergeschoß ging gar nicht, Qualmgestänk und vollkommen abgenutzte Möbel! Das zweite Appartment unter dem Dach war im Grundsatz Ok, jedoch keine Thermostat an Heizung im Schlafzimmer, so dass diese immer durchlief, Lüfter im Bad / WC funktionierte nicht. W-LAN funktionierte erst nach Beanstandung. Alles in Allem: es bleibt lediglich die gute Lage, mehr nicht. Das Appartment im Ergeschoß konnten wir durch den Gestank nicht nutzen, sind dann unter dem Dach etwas zusammengerückt.

Total abgewohntes Appartement. Küche ekelhaft, Kühlschrank stinkt, Rollos alle! defekt!!! Mittagsschlaf fürs Baby somit unmöglich. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage im Zentrum. Im Umkreis von 2km keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten nach einer Stunde ne Kralle dran...

Inconvenient check-in and minimal comfort. 2 star

Check-in is across town with 1-2 hour impact on your time plus travel cost. Location is near active bar area with louder noises as a result. Closing windows left one warm with no A/C. TV had radio channels but no TV signals - including no antenna based channels. While 'non-smoking', our room had a distinct smoke smell leftover from past. Ants. 150-200 euro deposit.

Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider dürfen Ausländer nicht im Zentrum Parken und müssen auf Parkhäuser ausweichen, was mit ca.20€/Tag zu buche schlägt.

disappointing

No A/C, very old! Dirty. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes, found used Qtips on the floor. Dishes in the kitchen had dried up stains on them - had to wash everything prior to use. No shampoo, etc. TV has satellite - except the 500 channels are in German. after an hour of clicking through (phone call to hotel was useless) found 3 English news channels. Check in location is not really within walking distance.

Nice Apartment

Stayed with my family (group of 7) for 3 days, good location within walking distance from Bars, mini markets and Wenceslas Square. The apartment had everything we needed in good conditions (WiFi, Kitchen, Refrigerator, Washing Machine etc..). Be aware that you must pick up the keys to the apartment at a different location, but its only 10 minute trip by tram....so should not be a problem if you search for directions in advance. I definitely recommend this place.

Sinänsä hyvällä paikalla mutta itse respa oli taksimatkan päässä! Vaivaa ja outoa oli myös, että piti maksaa tullessa takuumaksu 200 euroa vaikka hotelllimaksu oli jo kotimaassa hoidettu. Rahan sai takaisin kun taas taksilla respaan lähtiessä. Sellaiseen rahaan ei oltu varauduttu, joten automaatille heti kättelyssä. Rahan sai tietysti tsekin kruunuissa mutta miten niitä tuhlaisi viimeisenä päivänä muutamassa tunnissa, kun lentokentällä niin kallista. En pitänyt hyvänä yöpymisratkaisuna näin ensikertalaiselle nuorelle miehelle.

Wir hatten für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Appartment ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da: Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Föhn. Tv auch mit dt. Sendern. Wlan. Dusche hat ein bisschen Schimmel in den Ritzen (Duschwand). Sonst alles sauber. Zentral gelegen. Scheint eher für Gruppen von Jugendlichen gedacht zu sein. Aber es war nachts ruhig und den Kindern hat es gefallen. Ach ja die Schlüssel muss man in einem Hotel in der Nahe abholen (ein pasr Minuten nur mit dem Auto). Und vor Ort im Apartmenthaus gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner. Fazit: für den Preis super! Ich würde wieder dort wohnen beim nächsten mal.

Perfect Location + Size

Within 10 minutes you are walking the streets of Old Town. We stayed with another family so there was 4 adults and 3 kids { Two 3 year olds and One 1 Year old }. Total there was eight single beds and two floors. It was more than we were expecting. Not to mention there were two couches that both had pull out beds. My husband and I pushed two twin beds together to make one. There was 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath. Check in was at a different location and we found parking about 2 blocks away. Very quite neighborhood and would recommend it.

Leiligheten var stor. Standarden var ikke tipp topp, men helt grei, spesielt i forhold til prisen. Bra beliggenhet med noen minutters gangavstand til gamlebyen. Det var litt røyklukt fra det ene toalettet når vi ankom.

Downtown Residence Apartments, Prague

It is actually an apartment so it is spacious. Travelers need to be aware that there are no amenities at this location. Located in a good area in easy walking distance to major attractions. Pretty good security with plenty of locks. Could easily sleep 6 or 8 people. I was disappointed that there was no safe in the room. The only other complaint is that you had to pick up the keys at a location 20 minutes away by taxi.
