The breakfast was really nice, while being so close to the the main sites it meant we just needed to walk to most places. When there was issue with the safe, the staff had fixed it quickly. I found my stay very pleasant and staff very helpful. Highly reccomend this hotel when visiting Prague.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Easy check in and check out, staff was very friendly. Our room keeper was amazing. The only thing we didn't like is that the promotion for the hotel shows balconies and rooftop and it seems like it is available to all guests and they are not. There are only a limited amount of rooms with balconies and there is no rooftop.

The location of this hotel was perfect, very short walking distance to the tram station and main old town. The cleanliness of the hotel was fair, there was a big stain on the carpet of our room and I had a few bites/ itchy spots after sleeping there for the first night. Staff were helpful and speaks good English. Early check in was available which was a bonus. Breakfast was good with great variety, however the sliced oranges on the second day had a cheesy aftertaste which was a bit off putting.
