We have just returned from our trip to Prague, where we stayed at the William Hotel. We had an extremely unpleasant stay due to several serious issues:
1. First, the bed was not properly covered with a clean sheet. Instead, there was a short blanket, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and comfort.
2. Second, the floor throughout the entire room made loud creaking noises. This caused significant disturbance, especially in the evenings when others were sleeping. It was extremely annoying and unacceptable.
3. Third, there was a central white ceiling light that would suddenly turn on during the night when someone moved out of the bed. This made the entire room bright and woke us up several times, resulting in very poor sleep.
4. Additionally, the bathroom sink was very dirty and constantly filled with standing water, which again reflects a lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance.
5. Furthermore, the room had an insufficient number of electrical outlets. We were forced to charge our mobile phones far from the bed, which is very unprofessional for a hotel room.
6. Finally, we had no hot water in the bathroom, especially during the evenings. I was unable to take a single proper shower during the entire stay.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing.
If you want to be respected and have a good experience, you should NOT stay at this hotel.
