The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable Staff are friendly Breakfast is very good Location of the hotel is ok, near to central location (old town square), walkable distance to main attractions. However, it is a bit difficult to locate the hotel when you first arrive Overall it is a happy stay for us

The hotel is well located, very close to the astronomical clock and plethora of shops and restaurants in the Old Town. It’s just off the main square but is less grand in appearance than many of the hotels. The entrance looks tired and you enter through what looks like a garage under an old archway, where a car was parked blocked the space most of the time. The small square outside is full of Irish pubs and an absinthe shop. So it’s a bit noisy and the smell of cannabis was quite strong. The room was clean and the beds tidy. I had a triple room because I was travelling with my two teenage daughters, this was tricky to find most hotels had a two. And then sofa bed but this was three proper beds. Whilst they could fit the beds in the room then contained too much furniture but conversely also felt a little sparse. The breakfast was okay. The lift is tiny enough for one person and one suitcase. The luggage room was out of action but they let us store our suitcases in the small reception whilst we were waiting for the room. The staff were friendly and helpful but issues like the absence of a secure luggage store, the messy entrance, the somehow cramped and characterless room reduced the overall score. It’s didn’t Look like the pictures.

Our room was fantastic-very spacious for 4 adults. A 2 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and Town Square.

Comfortable, safe and convenient hotel right in the heart of the city. Some great little bars, cafes and restaurants all very close, and you can stroll 1 minute to the lovely central square!

This property is a gem, so charming and convenient to all the areas. Everything was lovely and the staff was amazing. Oh and the breakfast was top notch. A very special place! I highly recommend!!!

Great place. Awesome staff. Great breakfast spread. I wish there was an armchair in the room because if you want to drink tea or just sit down, you have to sit on the bed. There’s only one chair by the desk and no arm chat or anything. The shower door kept opening and all the floor got wet. There’s also no Wi-Fi in breakfast room, which is very inconvenient when you need to plan your day.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town, easy to walk to the main attractions. Room was super comfortable with all amenities you need, water, coffee and even a dental care set. I would definitely recommend it!
