On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location close to public transport, including a tram stop, bars, shops, supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants and is in walking distance (if you like a good 2-3 mile walk) to the main attractions in Old Town etc. We walked everywhere and found the walk along the river to the Old Town enjoyable and very easy to get to. The area is very clean, safe and the local people were very helpful and friendly. I would also recommend a visit to the Stromovka Park, which is about 1 mile from the hotel. It is beautiful and worth exploring. The Hotel was very clean and our spacious room had a huge comfy bed, with modern decor and furniture. We were missing a plug in the sink in our en-suite bathroom which was sorted fairly quickly by the staff at the hotel. The shower was excellent and the hotel provided a shower gel/shampoo along with a handsoap with plenty of space to store other toiletries. Towels were changed daily upon request, and rooms were tidied with bins emptied and toilet rolls replenished everyday. There was a good choice of food and drink for breakfast. I noticed a couple of chipped bowls and plates but despite this the overall quality and choice of food for breakfast was excellent. Our hotel room had lovely big windows which could be opened to allow in fresh air. However, with the double glazed window open this did allow in noise/pollution from outside, which was okay.

Breakfast was as healthy as you wanted it to be as it was a buffet style with multiple options. Room was clean and comfortable with shops and transport links nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.
