Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. The facilities were great. Amazing room. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Great location overall. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast was Nice and had a few glutenfree items. Our child like the lift from the main building to the NH Collection building. Public Transport is close by and also the shopping mall is close to the hotel.

The hotel up on the hill is the one to go while in Prague. It is very convenient to travel with tram and metro around to all the sightseeing places without being in the city center with all the tourists and loud noises. The rooms are fantastic, pool and wjitlpoolwith a sauna is a plus

You can see that the hotel is a bit older. It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer

Nice hotel,a bit dissapointed by the afterservice

A nice stay but i was dissapointed that the hotel did not bother to answer our multiple requests regarding a forgotten item. (our 7 year old daugther forgot her teddybear.) A simple answer would have made a big difference for her. I would expect that from a hotel in this catagory.

Good

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time one of us turned around and smell of drainage coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid I expected a better/more comfortable and up to date room but overall people working there made up for it.

The only entrance to this hotel is via cable car, and can get so busy that waiting time is long. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Nice bathroom. The pool area is always full of kids in the evening its impossible to swim! Or to take a dip in jacuzzi! There should be limited time for kids use! The system of QR codes in the room is so terrible, we didnt get any new towells, or there was no explanation what coffee you are drinking or how much cost the mini bar. The information of services is different from the room’s book to reception. This is not a 4* hotel. Now I know why it was cheap.

La chambre et l'hôtel sont impeccables. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et nombreux. Vi hade ett väldigt bra och stort rum till väldigt förmånligt pris. Fräscht och rent överallt med en fantastisk utsikt! Det var ca 5 min bort från ett stort köpcentrum och massa restauranger. Ca 20-30 min att gå in till gamla stan/centrala centrum men vi tyckte det var skönt och lugnt ifrån det mest centrala i Prag.
