像家一样
Novotel作为我们抵达布拉格的首间酒店，不论是设施还是早餐，都极其完美。尤其是这里的服务人员特别的贴心，帮助我们Checkin的人是Richard先生，热情又诚恳。不过酒店不能刷我们带去的信用卡，有点奇怪。除此之外，回忆都很美好。

The hotel is a bit older, so not the shinest place to stay in Prague. But the staff were lovely, and the on-site underground parking was great. The location is a bit far from old town (Prague 1), but is closer to the newer parts: just make sure you know where you are. We enioyed our stay, esp the great food places.

Was very hot in the room as the air conditioning was off however we were provided fans. Spare bed in room was uncomfortable however everything else was good

Disappointed with our stay here as the room was extremely uncomfortable at night. No air conditioning in the room as it was switched off, the room was unbearable for my family and I and our sleep was disrupted. Good choice of breakfast and the bar/restaurant staff were very good, the pool was great although the same depth and no shallow end therefore tricky if you have very small children who are not yet competent swimmers.

Housekeeping was not doing their job up to standard. ie. Not filling up toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, brew kit, etc. The staff in reception ( Lady) had an attitude problem. Not approachable, talking like unprofessional. Didn't have a clue of my charge. Was charged me an extra day's breakfast, luckily were in the town and realised. Have to rush back to the Hotel for clarification.😡

На второй день нашего пребывания уже в обед пришлось просить чтобы в номере убрались, т. к. никто этого не делал хоть и была вывешена табличка, были поменяны полотенца, вынесен мусор, и заправили кровать без замены постельного белья, пропылесосить тоже забыли или не хотели, на полу в ванной и туалете появились какие-то крошки(мелкий мусор.)

Enjoyable stay
Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, first weekend of Dec '23. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was varied & of a good standard. Hotel was warm (snow outside) and is a little way out of the centre, but only about 10 mins to Wenceslas Square and the walk was interesting anyway. Didn't have time to use the pool sadly. Would happily return to this hotel.

Wir waren über Weihnachten 4 Tage mit unseren Kinder in dem Hotel. Es hat uns alles super gefallen. Der Preis war absolut Top. Das Zimmer hatte alles was es braucht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der pool hat den Kindern mega gefallen. Direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt die ubahn und straßenbahn. Wobei man auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten laufen kann. Wir haben uns auch essen aufs zimmer bestellt, welches sehr lecker war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolut klasse

Familie på fire på efterårsferie
Vi er en familie på fire på vores første besøg i Prag. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Novotel. Morgenmaden, som vi betalte for, var enestående for en familie, og buffeten var ikke den samme hver dag, hvilket var rart. Poolfaciliteterne var perfekte til børnene, og de havde endda flydere, som børnene kunne låne. Jeg elskede også virkelig legeområdet nær baren, så vi kunne slappe af, mens børnene legede med lego, rengøringsservicen var enestående. Den eneste ulempe var, at værelserne var meget varme om aftenen, og vi var nødt til at åbne vinduerne for at lufte rummet ud og køle det ned.

good hotel, good location
very friendly staff, good location. I’ve stayed in many novotels around the world…this is a bit dated in comparison. a pity as the staff are excellent.

L'hotel è discreto, leggermente fuori dal caos del centro ma comunque non troppo lontano (10 minuti a piedi). L'unica pecca erano gli orari in cui veniva rifatta la stanza, sempre dopo le 17:00. Quindi mi capitava spesso di rientrare e dover sollecitare la cosa. La piscina è sempre piena e non ci sono abbastanza lettini per sdraiarsi o appoggiare le cose.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Für einen Städtetrip optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich. Das Personal war sehr nett. Leider sehen die Zimmer nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern, also ohne Bilder an der Wand und nicht so Farbenfroh. Unser Kühlschrank war defekt, dies hätte meiner Meinung nach im Vorfeld überprüft werden müssen und der Vorhang hatte Flecken. Das Reinigungspersonal war täglich im Zimmer. Zum Geburtstag habe ich einen Sekt vom Hotel ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Was eine sehr tolle Aufmerksamkeit war. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ab einer bestimmen Uhrzeit nicht mehr jeder ohne Legitimation ins Hotel gehen kann. Die Türe war immer offen und jeder konnte in das Hotel gehen.

The rooms were very good. The staff at the hotel were good some could do with more training to be a bit more friendly. The breakfast was good particularly the cakes were amazing durring breakfast time. There should have been more entertainment for older kids for example a game room, table tennis or a tablefootball ,snooker table etc . The swiming pool was big enough water was cold on the day we went swimming.. Gym was good but looked a bit dated it was busy durring the evenings. Very good location good connections for transport links. We could walk to most of the atractions, if you like walking and taking pictures as you go along. Lots of restaurants around the place. Overall good stay family friendly we had a good time. Would go again if we had too.
