Such a pretty and well-located property. Although in the main area of town, it was very quiet in the room. The room itself was clean and modern, and there were no issues at all. Would recommend and stay again !!

Cheap and cheerful stay

The room was very small and smelt a bit off but it did the job. The pillows could have been better but the bed was comfortable and the room came with free drinks. The location was very central and well connected. Check in was very easy.

Location is great, in the middle of old town, 4 mis to the square, easy check in, room was very tidy and clean, bathroom is squeaky clean and sanitized, self check in and out, only thing if you are a light sleeper there will be street noise outside in the morning, it didn’t bother me personally but keep that in mind if you decide to stay in the middle of old town boutique hotel anyway, I would stay here again.

BED BUGS!! We had a few issues with this property before we even got into the room. The company tried to take payment 2 days before our arrival, despite us selecting Pay on Arrival. When we arrived we were told to check in to a sister hotel, Hotel U Malvase, where we were greeted with a rude receptionist who told us we were in the wrong place. Eventually she took payment and asked us to fill out the check in registration forms. We dropped our bags off and returned after the 3pm check in. We headed to the boutique residence and you need a code to get into the door. This had not been sent to us, so we rang the receptionist from Hotel U Malvase who again was incredibly rude and said she was going to send it via message. We had to wait 20 minutes and phone her back, where she reluctantly then gave us the code. The worst bit. On the 2nd night around 10pm, we spotted a bed bug on our pillow & after further investigation, a couple more. We immediately packed up and headed to the Hotel U Malvase and insisted to check out and a refund. We were greeted with a lovely receptionist this time who did not argue that they were bed bugs & offered us to stay in that hotel instead (4 star) in an executive double room with breakfast included for the remaining 2 nights. This of course was an upgrade and we were happy with how that was dealt with. Do not stay at the Prague Boutique Residence.

Rent, centralt och trevligt

Hotellet har ett väldigt centralt och bra läge. Rummet var rent och fint och sängarna var sköna. Det är dock ganska lyhört och det blir lätt livligt utanför på gatan. Det var dock inget som störde oss särskilt mycket. Den enda kritiken jag har är att det var rätt dålig kommunikation om hur man skulle checka in. Efter att jag ringt hotellet fick jag dock koden till dörren. ”Self check-in”-systemet var väldigt smidigt. Obs! Numret som Hotels.com har till hotellet stämmer inte. Det går till någon random kille.

Vi spurgte det første hotel, om vi kunne få to ekstra overnatninger, men der var alt optaget, de kunne dog tilbyde os dette værelse i et andet område, kun 2 minutters gang fra vores første værelse. Håndvasken var stoppet og der var ingen aircon, men vi havde medbragt vores egen blæser hjemmefra, så vi overlevede varmen 😊 Super fin beliggenhed, lige om hjørnet fra det astronomiske ur, men hvis man er til fred og ro eller skidt til bens, vil jeg anbefale et mere moderne hotel, da dette ligger lige ud til en lille befærdet brostensgade med barer og restauranter, dertil er der ikke elevator, da bygningen er fra 1400 tallet. Men for os var det perfekt til de 2 ekstra værelser

Inconspicuous door so was a bit of a challenge to find. But once you found it, quite a quaint place. I was on the fourth floor, only stairs no elevator. Good room, with amenities like stove tops and water kettle outside the room shared with other guests . Generally cold so it was a rather shivering wake up call. I was here mid January . There is apparently a "main" hotel which was odd. Don't expect any room service, this is just a more expensive hostel. Very good location generally .

Exclent lokation, in the senter of the old sity, one minit from the clok tower. The room was klin and the brekfast was rich and good. The service was exclent spachaly mr. Dima that was very kind and give us very good solochen for evrything. Happy to recomand.

Extreme Lautstärke! Man kann bei geschlossenen Fenstern die Gespräche von der Straße hören. Dazu laut feiernde Gäste in der Innenstadt bis spät in die Nacht und ab morgens kommen die Lieferanten. Neue Fenster sind hier Pflicht. Der Äußere Eindruck war ebenfalls nicht ansprechend. Unsauber und keine vernünftige Beschriftung. Das ist eine Jugendherberge. Dafür wäre die Bezeichnung passend gewesen.

Avaliação geral foi bom. O único transtorno é quando vc chega de viagem e não encontra ninguém, como já tinha visto outros comentários, sabia que o rapaz da loja ao lado direito do hotel avisava ao dono assim que alguém chega. Dá uma certa aflição, fiquei plantado na porta do hotel e uns 5 minutos o rapaz da loja nos viu e avisou ao dono do hotel. A localização é perfeita, o café da manhã é ótimo e a zuada é suportável, nada de exagerado, é o preço que se paga por estar numa das ruas mais movimentadas de Praga. No hotel existe uma área coletiva com assadeira de pão, microondas e cafeteria.para quem quer fazer lanches é uma boa opção para economizar.
