The flat had a lot of character and we loved the location! The only thing that would make this great would be if they provided coffee.Thank you for the stay, we had a great time.

The property was in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the Old Square, still in the tourist area but on a quieter street. Secure apartment with unique passcode for entry to building and apartment. Clean and spacious apartment, we were a party of 3 so had the sofa bed in use, but there was another large sofa for us to use day to day. Fully equipped kitchen, although we only used it for making drinks as so many individual food locations handy to eat and drink close by.

6 Continents Apartments are located in Old Town. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. The check in process is done via email/online and for us worked flawlessly. They can also arrange shuttle service to/from the train station or airport. When our train from Krakow was inexplicably delayed for nearly 2 hours at the Poland/Czech Republic border, I was able to email that info to the folks at 6 Continents and they in turn notified the driver. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Very clean and spacious. We’ll supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Love the proximity to Center Square, Charles bridge and SO many other places. Definitely hit the I e-cream shop right next door & the Italian restaurant just a block or two down.

Very central. Nice apt. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Just beware if you have heavy luggage you have to lug it up and down the stairs. Not a big deal if you’re fit. But no elevators so take that into account. But then most facilities like this don’t have elevators anyways. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is in the old town perfect spot, almost everything is In walking distance. The gelato store next door is a good place to have some sweet. Terasa U Prince restaurant with a gorgeous view and delicious food is about 3 minutes walk is a must try. One thing that I was a little bit bothered was someone foot steps noise from above my unit but I understand cause the building is old. If you traveling with older and kids better get the first floor, carrying big luggage’s to 4th floors is pretty challenging cause the stairs narrow. The beds was comfortable.

The air was still, no movement, no AC. The fans did not work. The windows needed to remain open all day and night. It was very loud outside. People were drunk in the street till the early hours of the morning. The sinks were clogged both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bugs were on the ceiling at night attracted to the light in the apartment. The soap dispensers didn’t work. Overall stay was not good at all. So much so that the other family we vacationed with left as it wasn’t handicap accessible.

Bohemian apartment in the heart of Prague

The check-in could be more smoothly. I didn't receive a access code 24 h prior and had to call. Actually I had to call like 5 times on different matters. Good that they pick up the phone and speak English. But I would like not worry about check in, receiving whatever liklnk I need to follow to pay and also the code. They say it was possible to check-in earlier. Thank you for that. But when I inform which hour and they confirmed it, the when we arrived with a baby it was closed and I had to call again asking to open. Once again this is not the smooth check-in. The property is old, refurbished but it is not the hotel comfort. No AC, when windows are open you can here from outside, and the pigeons try to enter, it is noisy. The outside doors are completely sound unprooved. You can here all the neighbours. Also weird to provide the coffee machine with no coffee in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is spacious, that is a great plus. The bathroom is clean, with nice soap, with towels, of course. Minus is not elevator when you are with the baby stroller. You can definitely enjoy the location and embrace the old style of Prague apartments like this.

Excelente ubicación, calor excesivo

Excelente ubicación de los apartamentos a un paso de la plaza vieja. Lo malo que nuestro apartamento daba a patio interior y con los días de calor ha sido un horno, no se podía ventilar al no entrar aire y de abrir las ventanas podían entrar las palomas al no tener mosquitera. Pese a disponer de ventiladores las noches han sido muy calurosas.

die Unterkunft Appartment Europa hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. 1Stock , Fenster ausschließlich in einen 3x3m großen Innenhof, mit Lüftungsrohren des darunter liegenden cafes, sehr laut , da Wohnungstüre nicht richtig schließt und Haustüre mit lautem knall jedes mal ins schloss fällt

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, die Betten, auch das Bettsofa waren gut. Das Apartment groß, schön und sauber, - wenn auch erwas dunkel. Der Geschirrspüler hatte Spezialsalz und Klarspüler nötig. In großen Tassen setzten sich daher beim Spülvorgang Essensreste fest. Es gab in der Küche kein geeignetes Schneidemesser für Gemüse. Ein Schneidbrett erhielten wir sofort bei Nachfrage. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass ein Roomservice 2x kommen würde (alle 2 Tage), nicht nur 1x in der Woche. Der Abluss im Badezimmer-Waschbecken war verstopft. Nachdem wir am 2ten Tag an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt hatten, blieb das Problem bestehen. Nach schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme, wurde es bald behoben.

We did get free parking but apparently this is a mistake on the booking page as it should be charged at 25 euros per day. The staff were good about this, particularly as I had mentioned it on my booking and it did state it on the Hotels.com page. The apartment was nice. A few more cooking facilities would be good if we were staying for longer. One other little detail; we were several flights of stairs up and I dont remember this being mentioned in the information as it could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would come here again.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous étions dans l'appartement 1. Lors de notre arrivée, odeur forte de cigarette. Nous avons demandé à changer mais ils n'ont pas donné suite à notre demande. Le lendemain odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. Endroit de party, très bruyant, les gens parlaient très fort dans les corridor et claquaient les portes la nuit. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Sejour dans ce logement a ne pas renouveler

J'ai passe 2 nuits dans ce logement. J'avais reserve une place de parking qui s'est averee etre deja occupee. J'ai pu obtenir le remboursement. Des odeurs nauseabondes remontaient dans l'evier de la salle de bain. Le wifi etait accessible par intermitence dans la chambre.

旧市街で快適に過ごせました。 前もってホテルから情報や送迎の案内があって、助かりました。レセプションのスタッフも感じがいいです。 ホテルは通りに面していますが、正面扉と内扉、客室のドアの３重の施錠があって安心感がありました。寝室は静かでベッドの寝ごこちが素晴らしいです。でも、カーテンが少し匂います。 浴室のお湯の出方は頼りなく、二人目の入浴でお湯ががぬるくなりました。また、排水溝の匂いがかなり気になりました。

Agréable appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est agréable, moderne et lumineux. Les hôtesses de la réception sont charmantes et serviables. La chambre principale et le séjour/chambre sont propres et spacieux. Seul petit bémol, il faut traverser la chambre principale pour accéder à la salle de bain. Appartement sécurisé par 3 portes, dans un immeuble discret, idéalement situé en plein centre de la vieille ville, juste à côté d'un déliiiicieux glacier. Allez-y en toute confiance!

Not a conventional hotel.

Great location, bad internet. Windows overlook courtyard with cafe seating, so the noise starts early. No AC. No windows looking out anywhere else but the tiny courtyard. Reception desk is in another building and it makes it a bit inconvenient. Stuff is excellent and very accommodating however they appear to be very limited with what they can do and what is available.
