Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accomodate guest's needs.
Excellent breakfast facilties, plenty to choose from.
Self check in after 8pm was so easy and could not be faulted.
Every member of staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, especially reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. "

I asked few times about the Gondola rides, because of the weather and don´t have any idea, at least they can check the website in case someone asked. Among that, the hotel is very good!!"
"The rooms are spacious, clean, very nice. Hotel is beautifully reconstructed, bringing the old and the new in a great sync. Spa has a big, warm pool with a glass rooftop and two saunas, Finnish and a hammam. Breakfast was amazing, offering everything a person could dream about. Overall a 10/10 stay. "
