The bus stop to the town and the beaches is at about 250 meters. Villa Niccolo is at short distance from the center of Praiano, with easy access to all amenities: grocery stores, butchery, post office, ATM's, First Aid station, restaurants, bars, churches and specialty shops with some of the most typical product of the Amalfi coast like ceramics, wine and food. La Praia is reachable with a walk of 15 minutes along a wonderful walkway carved into the rocky cliffs.
