“Wonderfully prepared room ”

“There were cockroaches in our room, which unfortunately I’ve come to somewhat expect in Texas, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Staff came and sprayed, but nothing else was really done to address the issue or make the situation right for us. On top of that, when our flight was canceled on the last day, we asked for a late checkout and were denied, which added even more stress to an already frustrating situation. “The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“We stayed at the wagons, it was clean, property is beautiful. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Did not get to use the pool but it looked nice. A lot of outdoor activities, so don't forget sunblock and mosquito repellent. They were getting ready to open a food area, is going to make it even better. ”
