BEAUTIFUL CHALET - 5 ROOMS / sleeps 10 people.
150 sqm, over 3 levels. South facing balcony.

Fully renovated chalet in the village "La Croix" in Pralognan-La-Vanoise, from 2 kms from the resort.
Typical village, very quiet - Serenity guaranteed.
Starting point for hikes in summer. In winter, a shuttle bus makes 4 daily trips to the centre of the resort.
No parking in the hamlet but you can drive near to the chalet to unload your car. There is a municipal car park at the entrance to this charming hamlet... Here everything is done on foot!

Ground floor: Entrance, storage room, shower room, separate WC.
1st floor on the right (stairs on the living room side):
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140m).
Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140m) with shower room.
Separate WC.
2nd floor - Top floor :
Large living room (television), open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer). South facing balcony.
1st floor on the left (stairs on the kitchen side) :
Corridor with washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (140m).
Bedroom 4 with 2 x 2 bunk beds.
Shower room and separate WC.
Animals not allowed. No smoking.

Bâtisse magnifiquement rénovée dans un bel endroit

Très jolie rénovation avec un superbe séjour qui fait le lien avec deux parties nuit et toilette bien séparées, donnant l'impression d'avoir 2 appartements en 1. Le hameau a beaucoup de charme et d'authenticité. L'environnement est calme avec de belles vues sur les massifs. Très bon séjour en famille à trois générations
