50th birthday/yoga retreat

This house was the perfect spot to get away with seven of my best friends for a yoga retreat at Chico Hot Springs. It was spacious with plenty of beds for everyone and has an awesome layout where we could all be together. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

I used this property for a staff retreat for our clinic staff. It allowed us to stay together and we were able to utilize the space to stay and learn together. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and dishes we needed for meals. We really enjoyed being close to Chico for the hot springs and a nice dinner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property was exactly as described, but even better in person! Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Customer service was immediate and questions were answered by the friendly manager. Our family enjoyed the many windows worth of amazing views, both inside & outdoor fireplaces and patios. The location was perfect for us to attend our reunion in Livingston, multiple visits to Chico Hot Springs and a day in Yellowstone was easily manageable. I would recommend this incredible property to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful house with amazing views!! Plenty of room for our large family group of 12😊😊 outside seating wonderful!! Kids enjoyed ping pong and upstairs game room!! We enjoyed the stay very much!!

New Years at Cowboy Lodge

We had the most wonderful trip to Montana! This house checked all of the boxes for our Christmas family vacation in Paradise Valley. Paradise Valley was beautiful. The two days of snow fall made our mountain hikes a bonus during our trip here. Everything was absolutely perfect at the beautiful mountain home with excellent views! See you again soon!

Family Time

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Close to Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone, river float -- although the pond near the home is reason enough not to want to leave! Home has everything you need, and the view is fantastic.

Great getaway

Overall amazing trip! The home was beautiful and communication with the property manager was wonderful. Located in a gated community, with views, walking trails and a short walk to the neighborhood pond. Close enough to Yellowstone National Park and plenty of fishing access sites along the highway. Highly recommend!!!

Great Week!

Loved this home and the views! Our grandkids especially enjoyed catching fish in the lake. Deena at Key Montana was very helpful. We made a lot of lasting memories and will definetly stay here again.

Fall getaway/Birthday celebration

We had a fabulous time! The house was absolutely amazing! The area was absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed for our getaway and birthday celebration was at the house! Being so close to Chico Hot Springs was a huge bonus for us to relax at the pool and then come back to relax by the fireplace. We will for sure be back for all our future adventures in that area. The house was perfect and we all left with some amazing memories!

Beautiful, secluded property with fantastic views.

I've stayed at several houses in Paradise valley and this is a favorite. Quiet location on grassy plateau above Chico Hot Springs. House accommodated two families well. Large, functional kitchen for cooking and dining. Great patio for viewing sunset. Well stocked with cups, plates, tableware; etc; could use some updated cookware.

Beautiful Views!

Rented with family & friends for long New Years weekend. Everything is well maintained and clean. Had a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Game room in use by kids entire visit. Even able to use BBQ in the middle of winter! Had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Extended Family at “The Cowboy” July 19-23, 2025–Fantastic; Magical; Unforgettable!!!

What a fantastic time we had!!! Family (2 sets of parents; 6 kids ages 2;4;6; 9;9;11) flew into BZN with brief stop in Livingston for groceries. Grandparents drove in from TX. Property was so spacious with everything we needed and yard games, ping pong, beanbag toss (didn’t get to use propane grill though). The neighbors weee very friendly too!!! Cowboy Lake hikes, fly fishing and swimming for kids (and grandmother), picnic table and sunrise and sunset colors and night stars were wonderful. Nearby Chico hot springs pools/restaurant was so fun in afternoons. Follow Yer Nose BBQ in nearby Emigrant rivals TX BBQ with great music!!! Hostess Deena was so available & patient & great helping us plan the entire trip (including recommending Julie’s wooden boat trip on the Yellowstone River while we were in Paradise Valley & travel suggestions for last 3 nts: Old Faithful Snow Lodge 2 nts; Mammoth Hot Springs lodge last night before family flying out). Bozeman Museum of the Rockies is not to be missed. We hope we can come back some day!!!

One word....Amazing!

Cowboy Lake lodge was such an amazing place to stay and call "home base" for our family's week vacation in Montana. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. The home was clean and everything noted in the listing. The view of Emigrant Peak is unbelieveable. Nice neighborhood with nice neighbors who gave us awesome suggestions regarding things to do and see.
