Although the accommodations are comfortable and the service is perfectly adequate, it does not quite capture the distinctive character, intimacy, or curated attention to detail one typically associates with a true boutique hotel. That said, it may still appeal to those seeking a straightforward and reliable stay rather than a more personalized or design-driven experience."

"It was a little tricky opening our door when we first got there,but prior to that we got there earlier than check in time and code on door would not open.Luckily a very nice and helpful woman who we thought works there,offered to put our belongings in another room until our room could be ready.She said shes gonna start cleaning up,she advised us to stroll around to pass time which we did,and when we were trying to get in our room after 4pm host communicated, our luggages were transferred to our room also.Otherwise stay was pretty good.Convenient to stores,eating places,etc"

"Breakfast room had fabulous views of the bay and great selection."

"Main issue was the mattress. At the front desk they told us these mattresses have to be used across all rooms and this was a kind of a personal issue. Fine, but I wonder if anyone from the staff tried to sleep on them. It's a bit of hard and very jumpy. If one person turns during the night, the other one would be jumping in the bed. Two sleepless nights for us."

"So nice! Rooms, beds and bathroom were excelent. The view from the 7th floor bar/cafeteria are superb, breakfast buffet on the floor was plentiful and with that view... a good morning!! Easy to get everywhere, walking by the waterfront in the eve such a pleasure. Would love to come back to Vigo again, and would select this same hotel!"
